Inbox is not loading

Timyo application relies on standard IMAP protocol to discuss with email provider server. To benefit from Timyo functionalities, IMAP communication should be allowed on your account. Otherwise, after registration and authentification of account, inbox can not be loaded.
You need to check in your settings or with your mail system administrator if IMAP is enable for your account. 

In Gmail, the information can be retrieved from Settings page, under POP/IMAP category - check that IMAP is in active mode.

For Office365, you may need to check with Administrator if IMAP is correctly enabled. From the Office365 administration portal, select Exchange admin center. In the Recipients menu, choose Mailboxes category and double-click on the user to see account details. In Mailbox Features, IMAP should be Enabled.
